Counselling Services for Veterans: Addressing PTSD and Mental Health

When soldiers return home from duty, they often carry invisible scars. These scars can be feelings of sadness, fear, or worry that don't go away. These feelings are known as Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and other mental health issues. Counselling services are a great way to make sure that they are taken care of. It's a safe space for veterans to talk about their feelings and experiences with trained helpers, known as clinical counsellors.
